Roles with influence at individual level

In these roles you don’t have a direct team reporting into you. You are responsible for a part of the business and demonstrate your ability to deliver results by influencing others without direct authority, while building your network and relationships. As you do so, you build your knowledge of Finance, your organizational agility and your understanding of the business. You are responsible for your personal growth and development.

Roles with influence at team or project level

These are the roles where you’re focused on developing your influencing and leadership skills, by coaching others to achieve business results. Experience can come from directly leading teams, managing project teams or managing vendors. As you continue to focus on your own development, you are expected to lead, coach and develop others while creating an engaging work environment.

Roles with influence at the organizational level

At the organizational level you are responsible for managing vision and Purpose, leading a part of the Finance organization with strong business acumen. At this level of the organization, you will lead, coach and develop not only your direct team but also the wider organization and function.
